With a Doctorate in Education & Career Counselling and over two years of dedicated research, Dr. Suja Sailesh brings a unique blend of academic rigour and empathetic understanding to her practice. Recognized by ICCC-UK and nominated for the Visionary Awards 2025, she has helped countless students and professionals move from confusion to clarity.

Her approach is unbiased, patient, and deeply personal. Having seen firsthand the personal and professional cost of pressure-driven career decisions, she founded Aurevia Gradus to help students see who they are, so they can decide what to do with confidence.
